If the sale backfires like the Eminem house sale did...... then its back on the market and guess what? If we all put $10,000 each, we can buy it for say $500,000 and turn it into Fucksville.
The local corner shop can be converted into "Making Bacon Mart" and we can have a pub (ie bar) called the "ARS-hole". Plus if the traffic is good quality and church is included in the sale we could convert everyone. The local "Pawn Shop" would just need a minor spelling correction.
Instead of "hey" or "hello" all residents would have to greet each other with "Go fuck yourself!" and pretty much soon there'd be a tourism business as this place would be renowned. Then..... when the tourists visit, we'd sell them porn and put them in content.
