if you want it to be resizeable Simon ask them to do it in Adobe Illustrator or any other vector graphic program. Bitmap graphics don't resize well, vector graphics do.

i'm sure there are some good cartoonists here. Boldy has a friend who does some good ones, they look like the style of the guy who does Ren and Stimpy and the Tenacious D cartoon where Cheshire got her sig graphic from.

i thought i recognized that dog, it's the Sexhound mascot, the guy is supposed to be Ron Jeremy i think.
