smooth operator, very sharp. leasing domains is very lucrative, especially in the adult Net business. keep that domain, don't sell it, it has too much potential to sell it. Domains are like real estate, a very wise investment. Leasing it out, maybe even leasing out sub-domains, i.e. my.perfectasses.com, johns.perfectasses.com , girlswith.perfectasses.com , could be a windfall to you.

I have owned it for several years now. I am the original buyer and had a site briefly when the big "internet porn link sharing" became the way to make money.

nothing is there now all although I still have all the folders and files for it when it was up 3 years ago. Back then affiliate programs were just comming into existance. Now I am considering puttin git back on the web.

leasing the fries is negotiable. I am going to have the site up after the holidays. however I am thinking of using it as redirect traffic if the domain becomes popular enough.

It was originally bought for the standard price of $70.00 for 3 years. But the highest appraisal that I have had so far for it was about $50,000.00, but hat was about 3 years ago. now things have changed a bit to say the least since I have been out of the game. I was doing the search engine game that became somewhat of a headache before I deactivated the site.

I figure once i have the site up and running again and start to draw some traffic, then I will look into leasing it because the value will increase. It wont appreciate unless it is established.
