    The Puppy Is Back!

    Hey guys, thought I would drop a note to tell everyone that Happy Puppy got a much needed make over.

    This was the first ever video gaming site on the 'net. We acquired it earlier this year and are working to bring it back to life. It goes great with our video game project @ http://www.s2games.com

    Anyways, I would love to hear any comments

                  Soul_Rebel - we have forums that will be actively used by readers to post comments on games / files / etc... We used to call them swarms but its a slightly different format than normal 'forums' but is pretty cool.

                  File distribution in this market is a big business and all the forums, editorials, etc... are extras which attract more users. Happy Puppy is STILL a highly visited site and we released this new site this evening. Figured we had some gamers around here

                                                                                                  Who would actually be interested in sending traffic to Happy Puppy and making a commission on new sign ups? Any webmasters hanging around this board with that type of traffic?

                                                                                                  DrGuille - I'll get you in on some of the early early beta stuff. We're almost through with alpha testing and I'm telling you we pulled it off! The concept seems VERY cool (as you pointed out) and at the same time VERY difficult to pull off (as you pointed out) but I think we did it for sure.

                                                                                                  The game is REALLY fun, the graphics are beautiful, and we've already had EB call us on placing an order (9 times out of 10 you have to contact them and SELL them on buying).

                                                                                                  BTW, if the puppy is down, I'm letting some people know right now! I haven't been able to get to it all day. We signed up 1000 new accounts yesterday (we're all in shock here).

                                                                                                      I've done work for EA, Midway, GOD, Take Two, GT Interactive, 3D Realms, etc. Started my own shop about 3 years ago mainly dealing with GOD Games and then Take 2 when they bought GOD out.

                                                                                                      We've got a few things in dev right now in house but mainly we contract out at this point so if you have the needs hit me up on ICQ. We do coding, art, 3D, sound, etc. Aside from the mainstream work we entered the adult realm in June with Strip Kittens which is doing excellent so far.

                                                                                                      Glad to see the Puppy getting some more action.

Its already on 3 machines and it can't handle the load 2 problems there, a.) too much traffic (no so much a problem) b.) NT technology (oy)
