oxcash going down, or just not paying?

well, it's been a while since Oxcash changed their "stats" page and hid their webmaster forum---and since they've done that our signups have just about gone to zero with them.

we know our marketing is good because we own paysites ourselves and still get signups during this slow period with our own sites---but oxcash basically nothing, horrible conversions.

WTF gives?

I wasn't sending much traffic, was getting about 5 sales a month. Since they "upgraded" the stats, I have gotten 1 sale I love it when places "upgrade" their stats.
