    iBill Theft

iBill by their 'own' admission, mistakingly deducted the $750.00 (US) VISA registration fee from our November 01 2002 check. We are not liable (as acknowledged in writing by iBill) for the fee as we are a Canadian-based company - and to that end, no longer accept US-based VISA transactions. iBill promised to reimburse the $750.00 on the November 15th check. Our account manager apparently forgot to put it in the system. Same thing happened for December 1st check. And still missing on December 15th check - and as an aside, no notice from iBill (until I asked my account manager), checks are now wired on the 5th and the 19th of each month. Now the lame excuse that they cannot refund the $750.00 until January at the earliest. Looking at the recent financial viability of iBill's parent company, and reduction in their client base and client revenues, I'm beginning to get very worried. Very, very worried! Another bad, non-recoverable debt! And plus, the CMI still does not list the December 15th statement. We've been a iBill client since they opened their doors many years ago, and have made iBill a good chunk of change. I'd hate to imagine how they treat less loyal clients - especially those in lower revenue brackets. Our only option (as futile as it is) is to file a small claim action agianst iBill. Thank gawd we also use (more so than ever) PayPal as our alternate billing processor! Looks like time to cut losses (e.g., $750.00) , and migrate to another billing processor for our primary processor!

    I am worried too.

    1. CMI does not show money
    2. CMI shows payment but my bank does not get the wire.
    3. I call IBill they tell me it was wired but the transfer number is not available and they will email it to me.
    4. Today I call again and I get told money went out to a few clients but many did not get wires as of today. They think they can wire it by the end of today.

This means they were plain lying to me yesterday. I dropped them form all my sites and only process rebills. I predict IBill will be done doing business somewhere within 2003. A lot of people are pulling away from IBill and I think you can only go so long with rebills.

"The CMI statements for check date 12/15/02 are currently available. We are experiencing a display issue that we are working to resolve. CMI is not currently displaying check and web900 information within the statement summary screen, however the total check amount is correct. You will notice that there are two ways to access your statements. The first is the method that you are used to and the second is a new summary based on your merchant id number.

      1) On CMI, Accounting, Statements, choose your master account and enter the check date

      2) On CMI, Accounting, Merchant Statement, just enter the check date "
      You can read on CMI.
If you try you will see there is nothing to show neither for 12/15 nor 12/19.
      Ibill is really getting worse.

Ibill's ability to let their webmasters know what's going on is terrible.

No problems here with CCBill and we get out fee back if we keep processing with them.

              Guys Guys Guys

              Stop panicking, please

The Visa changes hit all the IPSP's like a missile outta no-where.

With CCBill, and PayCom, life was hard, but they got through it resaonably well

iBill had other problems to contend with. At almost the same time, they had planned a major upgrade of their systems (including a relocate), the Visa decision was handed down, and it obvioulsy took it's toll on their resources

In the end, when you are the biggest, decisions like Visa's have the biggest impact

Yes iBill are slow with their responses - why you ask? Because they have thousands of webmasters calling them everyday with every question under the sun

So chill out, give them a break, and learn to understand. And at the end of the day, work with them, not against them.

I am sure they have helped most of you all in the past at some stage with some problem, so why not help them right now?

If they owed you thousands of dollars, then get up them to get paid. But for $750 and a promise it will be paid in January, I think I would leave it there

              Just my

I didn't get my wire this period either. I read that they're now sending them out later? I wasn't notified of that.

I called premium today SIX times and no one was in. On the seventh try, I got a lying bitch that told me that because the CMI was fucked up, my wire didn't go out. She'd get back to me in an hour, 10 hours ago.

I called later..got another lying bitch..who had the gall to tell me that "you're not the only one who didn't get paid, so what's your problem?"

Excuse the fuck out of me, but my problem, if you're reading this, Ibill, is that there is nothing in the CMI that stated that the wires didn't go out. I had to call 7 times to get a molding body on the phone that gave me no fucking answers, only a whiney excuse.

Some of us live on the money we get from Ibill, or did you think that we're all independently wealthy?

Why don't I believe that I'll see my money tomorrow, either? Oh yeah, and thanks for making me cancel my Christmas trip home, I needed that payout that was supposed to be in my account on Monday to make my trip. Now I can't go cause I don't know if I'm going to be paid. Was supposed to leave tomorrow morning.

                  Merry FUCKING Christmas, Ibill.

EU webmaster won't get the money till the 19th. It was stated before that the payment dates are now the 5th and the 19th for EU webmasters. No worries necessary.

Some webmasters were paid by wire and ACH and all seemed to have gotten their check. A big amount of wires however seemed to have been delayed though.

It's getting more grim. Very, very grim! No CMI statement for current pay period. Nada. No cheque wired. Nada. Along with the $750.00, the iBill debt to us is growing fast and furious. Given the time of year, how understaffed iBill is and how messed iBill is at the moment with regard to its accounting, It's unlikely I'll see any money from them until maybe January - knock on wood.
