ARS banning me for webmaster fraud???

I send ARS strictly link list, SE and so much AVS traffic.
    Today I get this.

    Dear Webmaster,
At this time your account is on hold. It will not be released off of
hold due to false webmaster sign-ups. All of your sales indicate fraud.

BigL - the email indicates that your account had sent fraudulent webmaster referrals, th is isn't based upon surfer traffic.

Have you contacted Amber? Do you send webmaster traffic? Is it possible its a mistake? We work with everyone and if its a miscommuncation or false error that can be corrected, by all means try to correct

I send ARS a ton of traffic and have had accounts cancelled by mistake.

Just call them up or e-mail them and if it was a mistake they will take care of you.

Marc and Ars have been around for years. I am sure there is always some issues going on when you have thousands and thousands of webmasters in a program.

They have been paying like gold for many years.

Marc De I don't send any webmaster based traffic period and never have. Amber had an issue over not seeing logged URLs for my signups.

That is explainable, on my DNS servers I use ie:rawsexvideos.domain.com so I study traffic and can switch things easier if it's a new tour I'd switch over. However this is ridiculous she should analyze things better, one time it's false webmaster signups next time it's fraud sales.

I find it cute she claims my traffic based origin 13+ AVS's ie:oneverify and linklists ie:greenguy have all these credit card fraud sufers making sales.

In my opinion, ARS is too aggressive in trying to eliminate fraud that good accounts are getting canned. Its unfortunate because these days its much harder finding good quality webmasters. It also gives ARS a bad name by making accusations on webmasters like this. While I understand the need to do it, ARS may want to consider absorbing some of the fraud to keep their reputation. There's been way too many webmasters being canned lately on GFY.

Marc De: I guess you can't argue with Amber about the facts. It's true she states her proof and hearsay against me that every 20-30 main linklists from greenguys to mega porn links and approx. 15 AVS's from oneverify to freenetpass indeed send unfaithful signups. Let alone google on top of that. I don't doubt it either Marc.

"Even if your site uses ?sub domains w/our site name on each domain URL?, when a person clicks on an ARS link placed on your site this referring information is captured in our system. The likeliness of every sale that has ever been made to your account has never logged this information (Ref URL); being ?sub domains w/our site name on each domain URL? or not, raises a red flag. Once this account was flagged an in-depth investigation showed that the sales credited to this account were not made in good faith."

Marc btw, if it comes to my methods of marketing.

I clearly state in text links your trial price indicating it's not free and properly use text from your paysite I am pushing to assist in properly filtering the best traffic.

Nobody can argue as Amber can determine first that "all signups were fraud" then she changes her story to "not made in good faith".

I ask again, what the fuck.

To ARS Staff> If your staff is getting more aggressive in weeding out fraud, would someone please contact me at cmichael AT wired2000 DOT com. I have a webmaster who I have sent several complaints about to Justin when he was at ARS and everytime your staff has turned a blind eye on his copyright theft of our webpages. Recently, this webmaster has been using false advertising of your Pornstar passions site and has gotten around using the BYOT feature (no popups). I've been trying to get him to stop using our copyrights for months as Marc might recall but seeing as ARS is becoming more aggressive in weeding out fraud I figure maybe you guys will re-consider my complaints.

Might be worth your while, I doubt your retentions are doing well with this false advertising and you might get removed from our blacklist.

Did you contact them first or came here first?

If you came here first, that your first mistake. When I have a problem with someone, I talk to them.

also, ask her if all your signups chargedback or canceled. show her your links and domains (3rd level domains and what not). Prove that she is incorrect.

ARS is honest. thousands of webmasters sends them traffic, and we hear stuff like this maybe once every 3 months.

The ARS people are easy to deal it, easy to reach, take advantage of that.

DrGuile resolving anything with her is senseless, as you notice she replies with a different statement every time.

Things don't change from "false webmaster signups" to "all fraud sales" to "unfaithful signups" within 30-60 minutes. Amber shows she has clout at ARS and her word is whatever she decides it is for that the next reply, regardless.

These all mean the same thing. Point she is making is that your signups were illegitimate. Whether her claim is true should be settled on the phone, via email or another private forum.
