Does integration into the OS mean it's a standard? Is Word not a 'standard' for word processing? Is it included? No. ICQ or AIM are almost standards for online real time chatting, are they included? No.

Granted, it takes 2-3 seconds to fully load, but it takes a split of a second to open another tab, which you can cycle through like you were using another IE window.

Do you play your MPEGs and WMVs
in IE? I dunno about you, but I use Windows Media Player or other players to show those vids. And Mozilla sure knows very well how to execute the common file extensions.

Do you live in 1996? Sure, Netscape once used to be faster than IE, but in fact, I don't know why you bring this up. Mozilla is not Netscape.
And if you think that IE is flawless, you probably don't use it as much.
