Details: I had a user submitted voting system on my site that that allowed people to upload there pics and others voted on them. Like the hotornot.com thing. Well some asshat upload a few non nude Polaroid looking pics of some chicks. Well it turns out I guess it was some of Hi-Rise Ent.'s shitty content. So they send a C&D and I take them down within 5 minutes of them asking me to. Although they showed me no proof it was there's. I took them down because the pics were irreverent to site. There were thousands so those were nothing.

My site was a personal site. Made NO money and I deleted them when asked.

So your right there is no way in hell I'm even going to justify that lawsuit by getting an attorney. It just shows you people must be really needing some cash..

#13 There were no updates to the site in those 2 days it was a pic they missed the first time. I suspect they may have overlooked it so they could get the "willful" in there which is a requirement to sue.

MikeAI and those assholes, from what people have emailed me are really hurting for money right now and seem to be on there way out. I don't know exactly what it is they do, but there not getting a handout from here that's for sure.
