I of course know this is not the best place to get legal advice ;)
However just wanting to do a quick scan of what some of you have experienced.
Now the question in hand is I have found that a mispelling of a somewhat popular domain name is available.
I have 2 choices:
1 I use this domain name to make a link hub for all my pages that use this particular service/sponsor. So the service/sponsor will see the rewards of this...hopefully.
2: I use this domain to just put up a banner farm and hope that Joe surfer mistypes this somewhat popular domain name enough that I make money off of it.
Going the route of #2 I will not try to offer the same product or service that the original domain holder is offering however it will be involving the adult internet.
So what would you do in this case?
Is 1 or 2 legal? Illegal? Is this just a stupid idea?
