Check out bizfilings.com, I'm not sure how it would work for you, but I know they have incorporated businesses for me in the matter of a week or so. You can choose the state, and bam. If I was you I would choose either Delaware or NV. But again I don't know how it would work with you being in the UK.

Thanks. I had a look at bizfilings a couple of days ago - it looked ok, but like most of those sites, it's fine if you already know what you want but not great if you just want to find out some info.

I saw yambo.biz are advertising in the footer of GFY - anyone used them?

I noticed that yambo.biz ad too, and though they may not be, it looked shady at best. I wouldnt put any money into anything there.

As for offshore, you are in the UK? Can you set up in Gibraltar if you are a UK citizen? There are companies in Gibraltar who can set up BVI corps for a couple thousand, then you bank in Gib.
