You can see the WSB decline stats in their affiliate CMI now and they are declining like a mutha. My ratio of accepted to declined is now exactly 3:1.

Now I am assuming these are unique declines, and not the same guy re-trying it 10 times. I had 15 declines on Dec 1 alone.

The declines are not logged as unique if they incorrectly enter their info twice it shows up as 2 declines.

Now I have 10 sign-ups and 2 of them were declined. What can be the reasons for that? I mean, what reasons do they have to decline credit cards?

- Fraud

Are you serious? You've never heard of credit cards being declined? It happens in the "real world", too, not just online... No money, wrong CC# or address info, fraudulent accounts (people who notoriously signup and then charge back), etc.

Its normal, when a credit card is declined because of not enough money on the account, but I was asking about some other reasons. For example one card can be accepted by one processor and declined by another. How can there be so big differences between the billing companies? I mean the biggest like ccBill, iBill, WSB, Epoch...

The reason some guys are buzzing out is beause most sponsors dont show you there declines, so you dont see that they ALSO get declines.
