Um. Not every use of a puppet infringes on Muppet copyright. I know I am sensitive to intellectual property stuff, but I think you're going too far. There's no CP connection, nor is there a copyright infringement on the muppets... Unless that puppet is specifically based on something copyrighted.

I said if they used Kermit in their shoot.

Did I say 'every use' of a puppet infringes? I was quoting a post regarding using 'Kermit' as a model. If they used Kermit, theyd be in some shit. heheh

You can do as ya want with 'Puppets' but register 'MuppetSex.com' and see if you dont get served.

I do believe Henson owns the term 'Muppet'
