The Army is like a giant mammoth which needs trimming, ie: Spending millions of dollars on training pigeons to fly mini cameras when you now have ultra light unmanned planes.
Bush can't just walk away from Iraq now. Wether you agree with him or not, the USA can't just walk away at this point.
