Hey PSWBILLING, called up today so many times trying to get hold of your distrubutions or accounts people, everyone that answers the phone fobs me off saying "ohh the accounts person isn't in yet, whats your email address i'll have her contact you with your payout report". I've had 3 people tell me this and its bullshit. Nobody seems to respond.

I've only had 1 time that someone sent me a payout report after endless calls and it said incorrectly that 2 wires were sent on the 08-13 & the 08-27. These didn't arrive in my account so i'm not sure whats up. For gods sake guys get professional. Your about to lose my business & many others i'm sure, this bullshit reminds me of endless phone calls to IBILL thats not a similarity that you want people making.

When I call up I expect to talk to your accounts people or at least expect the person i'm talking too, to not like to me and tell me someone will be in touch via email when they damn well won't.
