    how to MASS reduce the size of pictures?

    hey people, I have around 400 pics taken @ 4mpixel but I want them all @ 1mpixel, does anybody know how?

    and thanx in advance!

                              Agreed. Irfanview is one of my favorite programs EVER. But doesn't Photoshop's algorythm make for nicer reductions? it used to, but maybe irfanview has gotten better....
                              SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR.
                              Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
                              Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

                                          I use PS for singular or just a few reductions, but I use Arles to batch.

                                          What kinda pics ya got bud???
