I totally agree with you on Haliburton, Brown and Root, etc.
I think the american tax payers have been swindled and blind to what has been happening.
I was just pointing out how the regs are. They get paid on the check for food / housing, so if they eat on base, hospital, etc they have to pay.
I don't agree with it when it comes to injured soldiers though.
