So if your in a situation where you get BAS then you'd be charged for any meals you eat. The military has been doing this for years.
Lot of situations like this that is kinda of fucked up because of the policy

I understand exactly how it works, but I still think it's bullshit. lol (I grew up around and married to the Military)
