photoshop will do it but the pics have to be same size and proportion when watermarking in bulk.

Arles is what I use. It can also resize them or change the quality (file size) of the pictures at the same time, make thumbnails, and html pages for you.

Not true.
I figured a way to batch a watermark logo into the bottom-right corner or every image, (regardless of original image size), without resizing the image.

actually brent, you can do it just fine on the left hand top corner in photoshop if the sizes are different....

just create a selection and fill the selection in an action...

Eyebatch 2 is the best for this. It will also batch resize, change contrast, etc.
