In truth though, Id rather have the one from Spain. No need for all that Download - Impossible to make use of it. Its the upload that I would like - I rarely get more than 95 up...
300+would make everything 3 times faster for me.
When I download, its often throttled at source, so huge speeds dont benifit me - But uploading? Not throttled at all and so the faster I can upload, the quicker I can get more of the stolen content online...
