        Well I live here and train here in Thailand, I saw some 16 years kids taking down some well trained white ass very easy. Training in thailand is nothing compared to western countries. Training are hard, painful not comfortable but at the end you get much more that in our countries.

        About the girls most of them are cute or even hot but not in those gogo bars, only 20% are doable.
