DJAm sues for killing self with cocaine

The things people sue over these days.

1. take a bottle of oxycodone
2. snort a bunch of cocaine
3. smoke some crack
4. whatever else this idiot did trying to kill himself
5. after you die, have your estate sue for wrongful death.

My understanding of that article is that he filed suit against LearJet and Clay Lacy Aviation over the plane crash. Nothing to do with the drugs...

For those that have trouble with reading:

Before his death, Goldstein filed a negligence and breach of contract lawsuit.

The amended complaint filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court names several defendants, including Clay Lacy Aviation and Learjet Inc.

Family is claming his drug use was caused by crash. And now the Estate is suing for wrongful death and trying to claim he died from drug use which was caused by crash.

The TMZ article is clearly titled: Wrongful Death Suit Over Drugs

Ultimately DJ AM's death was caused by a combination of various prescription drugs, along with cocaine.

The upshot ... the drugs were the direct result of the crash.

We also know DJ AM became intensely fearful of flying and began taking drugs to calm his nerves when he flew.

For those who can read further will understand that the Estate is proceeding on wrongful death charges AFTER his death LOL

The company that chartered the plane carrying DJ AM that crashed in South Carolina is now being sued for wrongful death because "the crash ultimately caused Adam Goldstein's death."

The amended suit in L.A. County Superior Court notes DJ AM was forced to take various drugs as a result of the burns he suffered, along with the emotional distress.

This has nothing to do with what he filed before his death, this is all additional.

Ya, cocaine was used to "sooth" hs nerves. LOL.

A DJ who never did drugs prior to a plane crash?

I'm sure the defendant is gonna have a real hard time squashing this one.
