Many people here spend a lot of time in front of their computers, so its a good idea to make it as comfortable as possible. These are my tips
Chair - maybe the most important. Get a really comfortable one where you can sit for a long time without getting a sore ass xD
Keyboard - throw away the one that came with the computer. Get one with keys that feel nice to touch and make sure it has those extra keys that will help you perform tasks faster. I also use a wrist rest for my keyboard
Mouse - get one that's both comfortable and has extra scrollwheel and extra buttons. this will increase your productivity. personally I'm using MX master 3S from logitech
mousepad - I recommend getting one with a wrist rest
monitor - I'm using a 49 inch one but that might be too big for most ;) but it's certainly a lot more comfortable than my old 27 inch. but this is more up to you what you prefer
last thing I wanna mention is a foot rest. I have a soft one and it feels really nice to keep my feet there
