    Anyone from Matrix Content here? ANSWER YOUR EMAILS

    I have emailed Matrix three times and have not gotten a single response. I needed to get my username and password so that I could re-download old content that I had a license to but which I lost when my HD crashed (the backup drive was also screwed up - don't ask).

    Please advise!

                      And a great big fuck you for doing business with those scumbags. They should be out of business after the Acacia debacle. If only webmasters had the sense to stay away from companies that will sell them out to save their own asses.
