Upgrading the PC is not really nessecary, an i7 can easily run Win 11.
Here in Rotterdan/NL we have a PC service shop that found a way to install Win 11 even on an i5. How they do it is ofcourse their secret, but it runs good and get al updates for only 70$
The only point is that they run slower, but they run. So try to find a similair shop where you live.
