So someone decides to open a camstudio in Thailand, spends $500,000 and then finds out that camming is not legal in Thailand and decides to sue Streamate for not telling him...

do they not have credible lawyers in Thailand or surrounding region?
that's who I would be talking to first... and if the studio was meant for CamStudio then the legal paperwork should have had a clause in it.
just get them local girls to cook streetfood in mini skirts then even youtube traffic can be farmed + additional income from food market, why even bother with adult lol

"I have made an incredibly stupid life decision, pay me!" jesus
what sucks though is that now the company name for streamate (and cambuilder) will be even more prominently tied to adult. super-fun for anyone who receives payments from either to a US bank account, in an age of legit concerns over debanking
I also wonder what will happen to the current performers who have worked with the studio over time. as in, will their accounts be closed or will they be permitted to shift over to an independent status on their accounts?
forsee the incredibly dumb decisions of the plaintiff potentially causing a whole bunch of issues for those who had no role in his idiocy. blech
Is anyone here from Streamate?
I need instructions via email or WhatsApp on how to open a sexcam studio in Bali.
I'm leaving my wife at home, so my moving costs won't be too high!
Foreign ownership isnt limited to a maximum of 49% in Thailand?
His Thai business partner was the one who suffered the loss!
I'd be interested to know what they stated as the "type of activity" during company registration.
