Getting porn models to act

Let's say you paid a model for a sex scene, but also needed 4-6 hours of acting shots out of her.

What sort of rate would the acting be paid at, say, on the day before the sex scene?

Anyone with experience with this?

So where do you find models that actually want to act and create something different that is not completely based on the sex act? I can't hire someone who isn't interested in trying to act.

I have directed a lot of porn feature movies with storylines that required acting. It helps to know the models personalities up front and also to give them roles that might come somewhat naturally to them. I personally would shoot the acting first and then the sex scenes and come up with a fair rate for both days of work to make sure it went smoothly.

I don't want girls that have been in many porn movies. I'd like to find first timers, or very under-exposed models. I was hoping to find models who wouldn't really consider doing porn unless it's something more than just porn which requires 0 real talent, which what I want to do, is.
