keep in mind the op is on a glp-1, supposedly prescribed by a medical doctor, lifestyle change to an ancestral type of healthy living isn't really an option for him it seems.
what's your thoughts on why a person taking a glp-1 is gaining weight? those glucagon like peptide simulators are highly effective of eating you from the inside. i happen to think it's calories in.
ftr, it's not ancestral living i posted that's fraudulent, it's liver king himself, dude takes $10K + a month in steroids.

I’m sure I’m diabetic as well. I just never got diagnosed.. I went back to eating properly again several months ago because I started having numbness in my feet and hands. Yes I know he has diabetes, which is why I took an interest in him. Ceylon’s cinnamon, yerbe mate, and so many other things I listed help with “the diabeetus”. I also slather castor oil all over my body to help with detox. Most people slather cancer causing garbage on their bodies to block the sun and deprive themselves of vitamin D (doctor recommended, of course) I am pretty sure I’m on the opposite side of side of clown world.
Back in college I rubbed shoulders with all the social climbers with high aptitude who were determined to become medical doctors. I didn’t get a sense of intellect from most of them. Medical doctors are NPC just like the rest of society just because they can perform well on the MCAT doesn’t mean they have a soul and it doesn’t mean they have any thoughts of their own. Same with attorneys.
