Jacobson salt. A pinch on every meal. Stop buying powdered spices due to lead content from grinding or whatever contamination. I buy the Jacobson because I can get it in flakes so I know it’s pure.
Sea moss, Moringa, liver capsules
Those are your vitamins, minerals, and amino acids
Yesterday I took a nap in full sun with my balls exposed. You don’t have to be naked just wear light cotton clothing. Vitamin D is mostly bullshit as well. I never take it. Go to Spain or Greece if you have to. Sometimes I drive an hour or more just to get sun in the winter.
