    Tech Odd Counter DMCA Issue

So, like everyone else, I sometimes get dumb inaccurate bot DMCA notices. Recently, some counter-notices have gotten back a message like this from Google and I am wondering how the heck to deal with these (these are not actually URLs which have already been countered):

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

We have already responded to, or are in the process of responding to, your request to restore the following URLs:

We ask that you not send previously-submitted URLs in future notices.

      Had a few of these.

Wrote it off as being tired and responding to the same notice twice.
Could also be that the god forsaken bots hit the same URL multiple times, but that seems less likely as I assume Google would give them a similar response if so.

The whole system has has been quite clogged up lately, waiting a long time for each reinstatement.
Almost to the point of giving up
