I fucking hate moving...
So we found a really nice listed 3br property in the heart of Newcastle a few months ago, they accepted £15,500 below ask so we're happy about that, it's been on the market for a little over a year.
We move in 3 weeks time, now we get to endure all of the hassle of figuring out what furniture we want to keep and what we'll be donating.
Thankfully, I'm too lazy to do the packing and unpacking myself so we hired a couple of pros to do it for us, if I'm not responding to PM's as quickly as normal the next few weeks you'll know why.
Incidently, the cost of removal services here in the UK is fucking mental, £3200 (almost $4500) to move everything, about 4 miles down the road and that was the cheapest option including insurance
Now to sort out swapping utilities and internet connections...
