he's obviously skipped town and won't resurface in the adult web for a while. i think $5k qualifies for small claims at least in california, not sure about texas limits... but you dont need a lawyer and you can at the very least get him served and get a judgement for your monies owed if you have some sort of receipt, contract, or email pertaining to the details of your content deal. that way when he buys/sells a house, gets divorced, lotto earnings, tax refunds, etc u can enforce and get ur money... evenutally down the roadComment
