Little explication part I

A chathost who put everything she had into stripchat in terms of money and equipment got banned, but that's it... the appeal form is very poorly designed, you can't send a screenshot. We have a very limited number of characters and even worse, the form request goes to senior agent.

When a senior agent makes a decision, normal support is completely blocked and can't do anything. So because of the form you cannot really made a appeal to senior agent.

Stripchat accuses her of having sent FAKE-ID cards 11 months ago, which is wrong, it was a official government document because after the covid ''Post Canada, which is the only delivery system'', had an overload of work... they decided to stop working to put pressure on the government, no one could receive a simple utility bill or a bank statement or anything. The Prime Minister of Canada declared at that time the country's State of Emergency

So of course the gouvernement send pdf jpeg file (LOL for driver license it was a stupid white paper with only a number on it) for Healt assurance card it was the exact same one. So of course this chathost register at stripchat the 9 november 2024 and the biometric systems did not reconize the paper of the Governement of Canada . So shes process it manually with a Agent.

Now 11 month they said you send fake-id.

The rule NO 1 for chathost is to not send fake ID... Shes got banned because a supervisor beieve is ID is fake but those are the true one the governemen give during the crises ..

So because I supervisor put that and they KEEP ALL THE MONEY OF THE GIRL shes have a daughter of 6 years old !! and shes close to sucide she work all time even the summer she work full time as chathost. She build a great account. She Never send any type of fake Id but we are block because it is a senior administration who do not see that in 2024 she have been aprouved manualy .. and because of that we are lock-out the only way is to reach someone.. please help this girl .. Someone have a contact from stripchat that for sure !!

Threatening to kill yourself if they don't approve of your ID is not the way to go. I'm not trying to be harsh here but it's not a good look. This isn't on the platform itself, but on the billing companies' rules and regulations behind it. KYC rules are a big deal for everyone. Well, also the whole you must be 18 thing, but that aside, if she can't provide a valid ID that passes the available verification methods, there isn't much a rep from the platform can do.

Threatning to kill yourself when you have a 6 year old child to take care of sounds more manipulative than anything else.

If the problem is with one platform why not try another? Oh, that's right, because they all have the same rules, and the rules state you must have a verifiable government-issued ID.

It's nothing against her.

She's Canadian, so there is no excuse because lots of Canadians are able to get legit valid IDs for use with online verification.

The "crisis" I assume you are speaking of is COVID19 and that's been like 5 years now. So again no excuse. Especially if you are saying she got it last year.

if it's related to being an aff (ie, StripCash), is your affiliate manager not replying to you? you can find the direct contact link of yours in the upper right corner of your dashboard. mine only posts his email addy, but you could try emailing and asking for a contact link for tg or whatever

if it's a situation relating to a performer, you could suggest the performer visit the unofficial sc support forum over on ACF, there's a pretty active performer rep who posts there

the rep on ACF only deals with performers, and she wouldn't provide you of any assistance on behalf of a third party, and I doubt she'd assist with an affiliate matter

exactly what you wrote. a performer threatening to kill herself will only ensure she gets perma-banned, the site doesn't want any liability for stuff like that

for mental health support, OP suggest she reach out to Pineapple Support. she could try ACF, but again, this is NOT something you can do on her behalf

while she's trying to get her account back, she can always sign up to another site so she's not stuck in limbo unable to work

Sir you dont understand the situation. I write because this girl is my friend .. shes a anxious person and I believe she could do the worst..

I have been a professional webmaster since 1997 and I try to help her. I fear for herself.
I go to hospital with her to get calm medication. I was about to call the police because she talk about sucide.

But gentleman that is not the point of it .. The case is how to contact someone at Stripchat to explain a situation ? by email at: [email protected] this not working at all. From day 1 she send is real ID .. but it was temporary id made by the gouvernement of canada because what we call the '' Post Canada'' they delevery the physical mail. we was after covid and they all stop working. So nobody could have is new driver license or new ID card or even a simple utility Bill the Prime minister Justin Trudeau Call this as state of emergency. Every day he speak on TV about that.

So they send poor jpg-pdf file by email. We manually aprouved at Stripchat with a Agent who was supose to put a special note on is account.

So shes never send fake ID at all she to manual process with a Agent and she got fully aprouved... now 11 month latter someone believe it is fake ID.... keep is money 1 years of investiment on the chatroom lost .. So yes it is a emergecy you talk about the webmaster side view.... I talk more from the chathost side views.. But any type of contact will be apreciated gentleman

I'm a Canadian living in Jamaica. there was a long fucking azz wait to finally receive my passport renewal (it expired early Feb 2024 so had wanted to get it done early) because my first app got 'lost in the mail', but that all started in 2023 and I finally got my new passport in early 2024. no jpg, the actual real thing. that all occurred during the timeline you indicate

she needs a real passport, if she's in Canada she can easily apply for and pick up a new passport in person, or apply via mail and arrange an authorized agent to pick it up and deliver it to her if she's not near an office

in Canada the whole process shouldn't take more than 2-3 weeks

it doesn't matter what the situation is re stripchat, solving this issue is NOT something you can do on her behalf

please suggest she contact Pineapple Support if she's in distress or finding this difficult to handle, and she can always explore different sites while she's waiting to figure things out with sc. it's not the only site under the sun

she's your friend so be a friend. emotionally support her, guide her to professional assistance if needed and if she's cut off from income float her a loan or gift her if you can

but you can't solve this sc thing for her, and certainly not on this board

Maybe, just maybe, IDs were hard to get back in 2020 and 2021 - but that’s years ago now. No excuse for not getting a brand new, perfectly valid ID - if you are legit. Instead, trying to talk schmack here, asking for some kind of exception - laughable! Even more so, if the money was so needed, why would anyone save up a full year’s income with the cam company?

The paper version your describing is a temporary drivers license or health card that is given on the spot until the official card is mailed to them in the next 2 weeks. The paper version of the ID is valid for ~3 months. She should have uploaded the new ID's once they were received, at this point the temporary IDs are well expired and they probably suspended the account for not having valid ID's on file. She would need to contact Stripchat to upload the new ID's. Not much else can be done here as invalid ID's = no broadcasting...

But we talk here about Healt assurance Candien ID card. She never send any fake-id and I will be honest with you guy shes have 36 years old ..aaaaa why she would want to do a fake card ? shes don't how to do one even if she want. so no the problem is we send the temporary document then after that we completely forgot to send the permineted document even if they have the exact name age and number and picture on it .

a Canadian health card is not a valid photo ID. she needs a passport, driver's license or identity card. I dunno, haven't lived there in a long minute and have always used my passport for everything in every nation

so deep breath OP

1) she can contact the rep on ACF

2) she can sign up to other sites IF she has a valid photo ID, if not, step 3

3) she can apply for a passport. within Canada it's a quick process, one that Covid never disrupted except for perhaps slowing things down (not the issue in my case, mine just got 'lost' in the mail)

if not a citizen she can get a provincial photo ID. I'm not sure if that would be acceptable, never been in that situ re cam sites. that would be something she could ask support about

4) Pineapple Support for mental health

5) if you can, swing her some cash

there's really nothing else you can do
