because wp-script.com rip-off me. wp-script.com has no support. they cheat me and make false promises when i purchased it they suspend my account after an week and not replying me. wp-script script is not working, and they didn't refund me. I open a dispute in PayPal and reversed my money back. stay away from wp-script.com . they are thief company
