Even though it would be on the slow side for Windows 10 and may not even run Windows 11, I would install VWWare on it and then use it to run virutal linux machines. The case is nice and small so it will fit on a shelf in my rack, and the 19" monitor is a steal at that price too. I really wouldn't need the monitor in this scenario, so I would sell it for $50-$75 or so.
Or here's another fun use-case for it: Turn it into a Retro gaming machine. This would be similar to Retro Pi, but faster. Set it up, connect it to your TV and and any old game controller you like, and boom! Hundreds of retro games and hours of fun. And again, you could sell the monitor, proably in its original box too, for $75.
