Never listen to "trust me bro" advices on the internet - the reality is somewhat different:
If you are trying to build anything reliant on SEO in adult without buying links, then good luck. Because of the nature of the business (NSFW), nobody will link back to you for free because you have valuable content (this is a competitive industry).
Content is the king, but when it comes to Google, nobody will be ever able to see it in Google Search without any links.
