Jason and the Argonauts was a good sleeper hit if you like choose your fate style rpgs. Might be a hard title to find now though.

Uncharted 2 was great.

Dead Space kicks ass too -- oops, old game, but you need to play it if you haven't yet. Put it on your bucket list.

Uncharted 2 for sure, it's amazing. The game could be a little longer, but it's sure enjoyable to play, then once you beat it, you can move onto the online part of the game, which is a lot of fun.

Actually, one "must buy" game is coming out in another week, the "God Of War Collection", which is God Of War 1 & 2 which are remastered at 720p resolution, I can't wait !!

If you're looking for a great game for when you have friends over (or you can play alone or online), pick up the new "Buzz - Quiz World" coming out this week. There's an older version that we have here and we played the hell outta it, it's a GREAT game for company. Just make sure you buy the one that has the buzzers and NOT just the game.

fallout 3 is a really good rpg/shooter with a crazy ass story line

I'm waiting for Modern Warfare 2 tomorrow. Gonna beat it in the one sitting.
Also think I'm gonna pick up Uncharted 2 as well, heard a lot of good things for it. FIFA 10 is great, I'm winning 71% of all my online games at the moment.

check out dragon age origins if you're into RPG's. It's single player but lets you roll around in a party of 4 that you can switch back and forth between. Wifey loves it

Uncharted 2 sounds like a must get, everyone is saying about that game! I never played the first one so better get that aswell

I've got Saints Row 2 and GTA IV they are both really good, I actually think Saints Row 2 is better to be honest, when the first saints row come out it was still missing stuff GTA had and wasn't as good, this one is sick!

What about racing games? there doesn't seem to be many good one's on the PS3 lately. played the gran turismo prologue (or whatever they named it) and that was alright but not much to do. I know Forza 3 just came out on xbox so thats on my list to get aswell.
