I'm looking for a reliable VPS or dedicated server that are not located in the US. Preferred somewhere in Europe, primarily Netherlands, but other location would be alright as well as long as server is reliable.

OK, maybe it'll make my life easier if I post what I need and maybe host saleperson can post their price so I don't need to contact everyone:
I think I'm going with a dedicated server and would require the following:
Core2Quad QUAD CORE (or the like)
4GB of RAM min
6-10T of Bandwidth or 100MBPS Unmetered Shared Bandwidth is fine ( I perfer the Unmetered option if available)
500 GB disk space min
Please offer your specific and prices. I can't hit up everyone to discuss and this will take forever.
Or offer me a host site I can check out.

You might try Webair as I think they have a facility in the Netherlands and if you go dedicated the guys at Kualo have a good network in the UK.
