Hey, so I want to sell off this web host I was operating alongside my VA agency. It's not much useful to me now because I have sold the VA agency but the web host alone still makes $450/month of which $360 is profit with its own customers.

It's a pretty established name with lots of search results and has good potential. It has been around since 2020, before I acquired it in 2024. Since then, no marketing efforts have been made.
The sale includes the server worth $1500 with full ownership located in Washington, US.
