Wtf!! Who the fuck are yalll!!!????!! That flava flav logo was one that i paid for and had drawn up and it was not by yall!! Take down my logo now!!!

I wouldnt be posting this on my site if I wasnt the one who made this character. Show me some proof that this is yours? and why would you pay for something you had drawn?? are you kidding me?

Just wondering why on earth you would use Wixx which is a free Flash website designing site/tool when you have made all of this money from designing those toons, logos and illustrations ..That really dont make sense somethings not right here

Is it possible, he used to work for BlueWire as their illustrator. Now BlueWire is out of bizz and he is looking for clients. I see Doug bought that toon, so that should not be in his portfolio and he should remove it. Hopefully we get an answer to all this.

Wouldn't you both be in violation of some kind of copyright / trademark issues considering Flava Flave or however you spell his name probably owns the rights to his own likeness ... no? I'm not a lawyer so I don't really know for sure but it just seems like you are both fighting over something neither of you probably really have the rights to in the first place.

What if he is an independent outsourced bluewire freelancer. That would make sense since I know a few designers with some big sites in their portfolio but got the contract from a 3rd party.

I will take that off my site if thats what you want. The reason why I uploaded it on my site is because Its a part of my portfolio. I hope this is clear to you..as I said: (please note that these are not for sale, the prices are there to give you an idea of how much each style costs). Does that make sense??

No I didnt sign any copyright release..I was just an employee for bluewire and its mike responsibilty to sell our toons. I was just following orders
