Well it depends on what you call 'good numbers'. Everything is relative - especially in the step niche. Haha!
But seriously what I recommend to affiliates is they promote my $99.95 offer for a year's subscription. This way it is like a $50 payout tho I also offer monthly options.
But aside from me I would say there are probably a few handfuls of paysites that are still doing big numbers but they tend to be tied to the major tubes who prioritize their placements.
