You need to build a seperate site that leads to the whitelabel.
Most whitelabels are set to be noindex because they are copies of another site. For example, years ago, before they were indexed, all webcam search terms were dominated by whitelabels. Thousands of copies of the same site.
Google eventually banned all of them, so now most programs make them noindex to avoid this penalty.
That means you'll need to create your own (original) site and funnel traffic to your whitelabel.skype: lordofthecameltoe -
Create a front end on yourdomain.com and then have CB whitelabel as a subdomain such as register.yourdomain.com. The content on yourdomain.com you can modify yourself and get Google to index. This also will allow you to have multiple whitelabels from other cam providers if you use a different subdomain for WL.

Open whitelabel's robots txt - https://www.wl.com/robots.txt - and you will see:
User-agent: *
Disallow: *

What do you mean by redirect domains? Via htaccess?
Typically, pages or domains that are redirected or do not have a minimum amount
of their own content do not rank at all or only for a very short time.
An on- and off-page SEO optimized landing page in combination
with a keyword domain and a little relevant and original content should
be enough for at least a medium SE ranking!
