100% right... I have a friend who likes porn from a specific model and he has subscribed to her site for years now. Some of her vids are on pornhub but he prefers to watch them on her site.

Believe it or not, I don't actually have a problem with this law. If think about it, asking someone to just declare they are 18 to gain access to a site is probably the most rediculous thing in history. Of course 100% of minors seeking porn will click the 18+ button. With all the tech available today, forcing sites to actually do something to prevent access to minors is not unreasonable.
