he doesn't want proxy traffic, he wants to be able to route through different proxies...

thanx d-null, but those are like the other free sites I found where most of the things don't work. Has to be someplace that is cheap where I can just pickup 10 proxies from different countries for a month to use for testing.

those sites actually do work, you have to sometimes run through a bunch though

it is pretty hard when any public list on a site is going to have alot of people trying to use them so it is hard to find a list like that that will stay open and reliable, maybe you need to hook up with a private proxy trading group or something (not sure how or if)....

I have had alot of luck with random sites on proxy.org, but most of them are hosted in the U.S.

I would use hotspot shield or tor, they give you a new random ip adddress from their pool so you can test

You can download the vidalia bundle which gives you Tor (use firefox plugin). If you can figure out how to set your exit node in the config you can pretty much come from any country you want. By default you'll probably get Germany though.
