why argue with him? obviously he both doesn't understand the legal liability he has and/or doesn't care. either way, you're not going to get him to understand that he is potentially liable for criminal copyright infringement and / or statutory damages.

How would you know what is copyrighted and what is not when you don't legitimately buy any content? setting up this biz model assures illegal stuff. I mean some asshole could just dmca for your whole fucking site.

Saying that it's accidental if someone has a claimed copyright on images who's copyright you're violating?

You cannot legally own a business reselling "collected" images that were not shot by or legally paid for by you. End of story.

They have been catching heat over this issue for a while now, and it's painfully obvious they don't give a shit. However, if you mention the word "money" on your site and say you paid the girl for sex, or even imply you paid her, they will not process for you. Gotta love it.

The GF sites need a shakedown. Those who are legit should be left standing. Get everyone else out of the biz.
