    What do you think about BlueSky as a traffic source?

    This social network started back up in 2021, but was closed for a long time. In 2024, registration was finally opened to everyone, and now there are already 26.9 million users (as of January 2025) - an impressive growth!

    What we underlined in the basic information about the platform. First of all, it's a decentralized platform where there is no one company controlling everything. You can choose a server and customize your feed yourself. Secondly, there is less censorship and more freedom. Thirdly, the open code allows developers to add new features, so the potential of the network is huge.
    The platform is not yet clogged with bots and empty accounts, which means that you can still have time to occupy your niche.

    What do you think, is it worth exploring BlueSky? Who has already tried it?

      I haven't put a lot of effort into it but several adult performers have and seem to be happy with it. Will it replace Twitter? No. But it's worth checking out for sure.

          I think using BlueSky as a traffic source for adult websites could be tricky, especially since the platform is still growing and has its own community guidelines and culture. While it could potentially bring a different type of audience, BlueSky's focus on privacy, decentralization, and meaningful discussions means that adult content might not align well with its ethos. Plus with the platform being newer there's a lot less certainty about how it will evolve in terms of content policies and user engagement.

          Still worth a shot though

                  Short form from the trade shows:

                  Twitter still has the grumpy old men with money.

                  BlueSky doesn't have as much traffic, but the environment is different and there aren't as many time wasters on BlueSky. So there's less BS to make a buck and SWs are making money there.
