LoveMatch aka Adult Content Solutions Saga Continues

Many of you will remember the offer Lovematch aka Adult Content Solutions put up on GFY about a week ago for content. Well, 1 week has past, and now, 25 emails back and forth and numerous ICQ messages later, I still don't have all my content. I think I have heard every excuse in the book...the only thing LoveMatch doesn't seem capable of is delivering the product he has sold.

I purchased 21,000 images. By Wednesday, I only had 5,000. By last night I had a total of 12,000. Now, after 6 "final notice" emails today, and a promise that he would upload "tons" of content, I now have 14,000 images. Still 7,000 images short of the purchased amount.

I have tried everything I could to solve this matter equitably with Dave. My patience has finally worn out.

Dave...I just logged in 2 minutes ago. There are 2 new zip files..the last one was uploaded about 2 hours ago. This puts me up to 14,000 images...still 7,000 short.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but should I need to be begging to receive content that was bought from you...and should I need to hound you every single day..only to have a small part of the order filled at a time.

You had your chance....

PS. No one else had trouble downloading all of them, and I counted 24,949 images uploaded to the server, they all made it to the logs, you said 3 times in your emails that the server timed out, did it time out, or did your isp time out,

and as far as you bitching, you were the only one that had problems with the download.

I asked you if you wanted the images on a disk, as I asked everyone that because some people were on 56k, and 4 gigs of content will take them forever to download, another generous offer Id say.

You could have always taken it.

As far as posting me emails feel free, I have nothing to hide, and have been more then trying to help you dude, I loaded all the content a total of 7 times and each time you would come back and say something was wrong with it.

Both of those screen shots are very self explanatory to ANYONE who has an in houser server.

Original winzip file - 5,000 images

Total 14,000 images - Missing 7,000 images!!

...he is obliged to indicate that he represents "Adult Content Solutions Inc."...this was not made clear in his postings on GFY...

Furthermore, the offers made by Dave are far below what we would expect to package our content for and, subsequently, are not valid...pls. ignore these offers as they are not sanctioned by Eye Candy Photo Inc./Max Candy...

FYI - I spoke to Dave directly this morning and reprimanded him for his actions. He is now fully aware of his (contractual) obligations and has agreed to abide by them in all future business dealings.

Quiet the point basically is that people bought content, they all downloaded it, but this guy said he couldnt download it all, and then after he downloaded it (I have logs) he tells me hes going to chargeback on paypal to get his money back.

He is the only one that has any complaints...

I even gave him 7,000 more images that I personally shot just to make him happy, Im guessing you cant please everyone...

I shot that content, and he smooth talked me into a lease deal.. but i backed out before signing the contract, but he had already gotten the content. Ask Imaster about dave, dave is a piece of shit, i remember one time the guy made me call him, cause he said he couldnt call long distance from his house! LOL
