Looking for Board advice

Hello guys and girls,

I have a question, and would like any insight or thoughts you might have. I have several female friends that want to put together individal amateur sites. But have told them that it would require a min. of pictures and videos before even thinking of opening it up to the public for a membership, which brings up another issue of a competitive price these days.

So what i am asking is your opinion on the following:
min. # pics
min. # video (both the amount of clips and lenght)
min/max monthly price $$
