Airbourne works great for us, and they are way cheaper than FedEx.

uh..yes they do.. they will send you a thermal printer and software and they also have an API that you can integrate with your site so when an order is approved, it outputs the data to server. nothing could be easier. If you need some help with this ICQ me.
