CyberSyn - a new freeware RSS syndicator for WordPress

Everyone knows about problems with feedwordpress and wp-o-matic, so here is an alternative!

    CyberSyn Plugin for WordPress

CyberSyn is a simple but powerful freeware Atom/RSS syndication plugin for WordPress.

    Features:
    • First of all, CyberSyn is freeware.
    • CyberSyn doesn't use any big and slow GPL libraries like SimplePie or MagpieRSS. I parses the RSS feeds for only those XML tags that can be imported into WordPress posts and ignores everything else. So it's compact and extremely fast!
    • Advanced RSS parsing algorithm has an ability to pull the feeds fully automatically. Furthermore, you can assign the updating period to each particular feed. Also you can set up a maximum number of posts that will be syndicated from the feed at once. This is a very useful feature for SE optimization of your blogs, because search engines don't like blogs that add 100 or more posts in a moment.
    • Adjustable post unique identification by GUID, post name or both.
    • CyberSyn has no problem with syndicating an embedded media content such as tube videos etc.

Hey! I like the idea of this plugin, but I have a question. For one of my sites, I have to do the following to embed a video and get it to look correctly.

    (whatever desciption the vid has)
    "View full video here" text
[flvembed url) (thumb url) (height) (width)]
(img for thumb on front page)

Tedious and it sucks, but can this thing syndicate a post like that? Thanks.

Maybe a stupid question: how to make sure the server is compatible with Ion Cube loader?

DIAMONDGAYS.com - fresh twinks and best ratio! Highly recommended!

Actually IonCube loader doesn't require its installation on most servers. The CyberSyn plugin is delivered with run-time IonCube loader so it will be working right out of the box on 90% servers. However, those 10% will need to install IonCube loader. You'll find the instructions here: http://www.ioncube.com/loader_installation.php

I'd rather compare it with feedwordpress or wp-o-matic. CyberSyn works similar but doesn't crash WP database like wp-o-matic and doesn't strip affiliate codes from the feed URL's like feedwordpress. Also it easily syndicates RSS feeds with embedded video.
